As we continue to grow, UHA Caregiver Academy is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Audit Manager to join our Team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in managing audit teams or leading audit engagements
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to travel (for external or internal audit roles)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage financial, operational, and compliance audits
- Develop audit plans, scopes, and objectives based on risk assessments
- Supervise and mentor audit staff; review work papers and audit findings
- Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with professional standards
- Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans
- Support continuous improvement in audit methodology and tools
