As we continue to grow, UHA Caregiver Academy is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Audit Manager to join our Team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
5 years of experience in managing audit teams or leading audit engagements
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Willingness to travel (for external or internal audit roles)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage financial, operational, and compliance audits
Develop audit plans, scopes, and objectives based on risk assessments
Supervise and mentor audit staff; review work papers and audit findings
Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with professional standards
Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans
Support continuous improvement in audit methodology and tools
