Position Overview:

Yngen Datacom Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing HR team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions, with a focus on attracting top-tier talent that aligns with the company’s needs and culture.

This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on recruitment expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain and expand a robust network of candidates to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified talent.

Candidate Experience:

  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication, setting clear expectations, and ensuring timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and overall potential within the company.
  • Support candidates through the hiring process, from initial interview to onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Expertise in sourcing and screening candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing methods.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onsite in San Pedro Laguna
