Position Responsibilities and Requirements- 2HC
- Has 3yrs of experience as customer service representative
- Will be responsible in handling tickets via Zendesk and other admin tasks
- Main job will be resolving tickets about shipping delays, and refunds systematically
- Order management experience is ideal
- Focused more on emails
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Shopify, EP21 or any ERP system experience is an advantage
- Strong written communication skills
- E-commerce or retail background is preferred
- Maintain 8 or higher customer satisfaction score/ KPI
- Candidate must be resilient in problem solving and adaptable in navigating new tools
