Systems analyst

Job Description

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective IT and data solutions.
• Convert client and stakeholder requirements into well-defined, understandable system specifications
• Develop implementation plans including configuration, integration, security, and long-term maintenance.
• Manage application roll-outs, data implementations, and upgrades across the organization.
• Participate in system design, documentation creation (e.g., guides, checklists, diagrams), and ongoing improvements.
• Support developers in meeting targets and resolving roadblocks.
• Investigate and resolve technical or workflow issues reported by users or team members.
• Provide training sessions and develop user knowledge bases to support application usage.
• Coordinate and contribute to the development of IT security policies and compliance measures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field
• 2+ years of experience in systems analysis, IT project coordination, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of system development life cycles and design practices.
• Proven ability to translate client/stakeholder requirements into technical documentation.
• Familiarity with data modeling, security best practices, and information systems architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, dependable, and responsive, especially in fast-paced or time-sensitive situations.
