As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing our financial coordination, pricing analysis, and process improvements across multiple teams, directly impacting our strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
This is a work-from home night shift role.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to compute key financial metrics and generate comprehensive financial reports
Conduct pricing analyses to support informed decision-making and enhance our competitive position.
Maintain and update databases containing customer and contract information to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Assist in developing streamlined processes for data entry and reporting to support business initiatives.
Identify opportunities to refine contract management workflows and overall operational procedures.
Propose innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance across business functions.
Provide regular updates and status reports to management and team leads.
Track contractual obligations and document all relevant milestones to ensure timely fulfillment.
Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to clarify contract terms and address any discrepancies.
Qualifications/Requirements
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in tracking project progress, with a strong emphasis on contract management or business analysis.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and data analysis techniques).
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proactive team player who is both detail-oriented and capable of taking initiative when needed.
Experience with database management and basic financial analysis is a plus.
