About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Select Goods' in Laguna Calabarzon. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and driving strategic business growth.This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career development within a dynamic and market-leading organisation.
What you'll be doing- Proactively manage and expand existing customer accounts to maximise revenue and profitability
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to build strong, long-lasting relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to pursue them
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals and any other customer-related activities
- Maintain detailed records of account activities and provide regular performance reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the sales industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office applications
- Tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
