About the Role
As an IT Specialist, your responsibilities include maintaining the computer networking system in an office environment by tracking server activity, performing upgrades of software, maintaining computer hardware, addressing questions about technical problems, and improving efficiency by evaluating system network functions.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- A Bachelor’s degree in any IT-related course
- At least 3 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 6 months as an IT Specialist in the BPO industry
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10
- Proficient with G Suite, Google Apps, and other cloud-based services
- Skilled in Microsoft applications and cloud platforms
- Basic familiarity with macOS systems
- Working knowledge of VoIP troubleshooting
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients as needed (via phone, email, or messaging)
- Experience using IT ticketing systems
- Willing to handle hardware, set up workstations, and assist with equipment movement
- Flexible with working overtime and being on-call when required
- Amenable to working on-site at our Davao Site: Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao
- Set up workstations and onboard new hires
- Offboard employees and manage IT offboarding tasks
- Track and manage company equipment and assets
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients
- Handle client communications for tech-related concerns
- Maintain functionality and inventory of the company's IT assets
- Support and manage the VoIP system
