This is a full-time role, office-based in Cebu Business Park.

NIGHTSHIFT, Monday - Friday 10:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Job Overview:

This role requires strong data management skills, proficiency extracting data from data bases and reporting tools, and the ability to communicate complex information in an accessible manner.

Responsibilities:

• Extract raw data from SAP files and other relevant sources.
• Organize, clean, and manipulate data to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
• Create comprehensive, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand reports.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on report interpretation and usage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages.
• Experience in process improvement and automation of reporting tasks.
