Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting/Admin Staff to support both financial and administrative operations. The role involves handling accounting tasks, maintaining accurate inventory and documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and monitor daily transactions related to warehouse operations
Assist in inventory tracking and reconciliation with accounting records
Prepare reports on stock movement, expenses, and financial performance
Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, delivery receipts, and other documents
Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding stock, deliveries, and discrepancies
Assist with payroll and other administrative tasks as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/inventory systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and coordination skills
Work location: Cabancalan Mandaue, City
