Job Description
  • Maintain and update contact information in the Crelate CRM on a daily basis.
  • Source candidates for new and ongoing searches using platforms like LinkedIn RPS and hireEZ.
  • Identify open job opportunities on platforms like Indeed, import listings into Crelate, and identify associated hiring managers.
  • Create and manage outbound outreach sequences targeting hiring managers and prospective clients.
  • Leverage AI tools to generate and send cohesive, personalized messages on behalf of the team.
  • Research and source new companies aligned with our business strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with recruiting CRM platforms, preferably Crelate.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and contact discovery tools including ZoomInfo, WhitePages, hireEZ, and LinkedIn RPS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft and assess AI-generated messaging for clarity and professionalism.
  • High attention to detail, especially in maintaining and updating CRM data.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple sourcing activities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in identifying business opportunities through job postings and market research.
  • Comfortable using AI technologies and adapting to new tools as needed.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a staffing agency environment is a plus.
