ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK | BUTUAN CITY

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Caraga DN Life Metal Roofing, Inc. in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate payments to our vendors and suppliers.

1. Receive, review and process invoices, purchase orders and other accounts payable documentation
2. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve any billing or payment issues
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and reconciliations
4. Prepare and process payments, ensuring all transactions are compliant with company policies and procedures
5. Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
6. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and controls

1. Graduate of BS Accountancy or any four-year business course
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with an eye for detail
3. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work well in a team environment
6. Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices in accounts payable
