About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wire Engineering Section Manager to join our thriving Furukawa Automotive Systems Lima Philippines, Inc' team based in Lipa City Batangas. As a fulltime Production Section Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing operations, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the production section, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and quality
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure team and individual performance
• Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, fostering a positive and engaged work environment
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards
• Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the production process
• Contribute to the development and implementation of production strategies and plans

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a production management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
• Proficient in managing and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence
• Familiarity with production planning, inventory management and quality control systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Passion for driving operational efficiency and a commitment to safety and quality
