Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years' experience in Australian Public Practice (CA/CPA)
- Passionate about public accounting with consistent practice experience
- Technically proficient in accounting standards and Australian tax law
- Exceptional attention to detail and efficiency
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interest in expanding advisory skills
- Excellent communication and client rapport skills
- Innovative approach to process improvement
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management of A/B grade client portfolios
- End-to-end job completion with minimal oversight
- Low error rate on technical reviews
- Conducting practical tax research
- Developing innovative solutions to tax challenges
