Under the general guidance and supervision of the F&B Director, and in alignment with the policies and procedures of Grafik Pine House Baguio, responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Food and Beverage Service and Kitchen Departments; maintains confidentiality of all matters and ensures smooth workflow in the departments.

This role is crucial for maintaining organized records, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting with the daily administrative functions of the Food and Beverage Division.

Qualifications/Requirements

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT

COLLEGE LEVEL (Any Business-related course or Hospitality Management)

WORK EXPERIENCE

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a hospitality industry
