Fleet Service Supervisor

About the role

As a Fleet Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations of the company's fleet of armored vehicles. This is a full-time position based in Tagaytay.

• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and in proper working condition
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repair and servicing tasks
• Monitor the performance and condition of the fleet, identifying any issues and taking prompt action to address them
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
• Manage the maintenance budget and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Train and supervise the maintenance technicians to improve their skills and performance
• Provide regular reports on the state of the fleet and maintenance activities

• Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Fleet Service Supervisor or in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, particularly for armored vehicles
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage the maintenance team
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and maintenance best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
