Job Description
Posted on 14 April 2026- Conducts the actual performance of inspection, repairs and troubleshooting of buildings, water system, electrical system, wastewater treatment facility and others outside the scope of engineering department.
- Executes in-house projects and improvement initiatives delegated by the supervisor and led by the lead technician.
- Conducts inventory of spare parts and performs upkeeping of storeroom periodically.
- Responsible for filling-up maintenance forms with the lead technician for verification of methods and details.
- Performs 5S in the facility area and after every maintenance activity in parts of the plant.
- Must have acquired at least NC II from TESDA (electrical/welding/refrigeration servicing/anything related to maintenance and repair)
- Must have hands-on experience in repair of motors, buildings, pumps and other electrical and water system auxiliaries
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and fault-finding in electrical systems and equipment like ventilation units, submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, airconditioning units, compressors
- Shows expertise in construction, civil works, piping and plumbing, electrical wiring, cable laying and motor control
- Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting 2D engineering layout
- Must be willing to work beyond regular working hours if needed
- Must be willing to work on different fields of engineering if necessary
