Job Description

The Opportunity

Our client is a leading provider of customer communication and engagement solutions, supporting businesses in delivering seamless digital experiences. To meet growing operational needs, they are seeking a proactive Sales Support Administrator to join their team and assist in supporting the sales process and customer engagement activities.

This is a hybrid position requiring an alignment with Australian business hours (6:00 AM–3:00 PM Manila time, Monday – Friday).

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue customer quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate order processing and manage sales documentation.
  • Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
  • Support the sales team with reporting, presentations, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up as needed.
  • Assist with process improvements and administrative tasks.
Skills, Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with remote teams is an advantage.
