Special Needs Teacher

You’ll be working alongside special education teachers, supporting learners with unique needs in and out of the classroom.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach a class by creating daily lessons and activities.
• Manage classroom behavior patiently and positively.
• Provide one-on-one assistance or work with small groups.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that each learner's needs are met.
• Deliver personalized support through individualized instruction and small group interactions.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone with a background in Special Needs Education or in Early Intervention
• Patient, kind, and genuinely interested in working with learners with special needs
• Able to follow directions and work closely with the lead teacher
• LET passers and SPED-trained applicants are a big plus
• Must be open to training and growth
