About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support financial services operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
- Implement FSC features such as client management, opportunity tracking, and referral management
- Design and build custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party financial systems and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users
- Design data models for client hierarchies, households, and financial products
- Support client onboarding, lead management, and process automation
- Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and security requirements
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Strong Salesforce development experience using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components & Visualforce
- Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and data modeling
- Familiarity with Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, and deployment tools
- Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks
- Background in financial services (banking, insurance, or wealth management)
- Understanding of financial data models and client relationship management
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
- Platform Developer II and FSC certification (preferred)
- 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience
