The Internet Lineman / OSP Technician / Splicer is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining internet lines and related equipment to ensure stable and reliable connectivity for customers. This role supports network operations by handling fiber or cable connections, troubleshooting line issues, and ensuring service quality.
Qualifications: At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate / Vocational Course.
No experience required; with lineman, OSP, or fiber splicing experience is an advantage.Willing to work outdoors and at heights.
Physically fit and able to perform fieldwork.
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus.
Willing to be trained.
Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain internet lines (fiber optic or copper).
Perform splicing, termination, and testing of cables.Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
Conduct line inspections and preventive maintenance.
Assist in network rollouts and expansion projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Prepare and submit field reports and documentation.
