The Senior IT Audit Associate is responsible for evaluating IT controls and audit risks to ensure organizational compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and other relevant standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with audit and IT teams for system testing and audit reviews.
• Prepare audit documents, reports, and compliance checklists (SOX, SOC 1 & 2).
• Coordinate and respond to audit evidence and documentation requests.
• Maintain accurate audit tracking systems and timelines.
• Identify risks, close control gaps, and automate audit tasks.
• Support team training, process improvements, and governance updates.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in IT Audit/Compliance, with knowledge of SOX IT control requirements.
• Experience auditing IT infrastructure, including on-premise systems and cloud environments.
• Familiar with SSO, data warehousing, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Creates audit user stories, prepares reports, and tracks evidence with attention to detail.
• Communicates audit results to technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams (engineering, infosec, compliance) to meet audit goals.
