AMA Education System is seeking a qualified and compassionate School Nurse for our campus in AMA Batangas to provide comprehensive health services to students and staff. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting a safe and healthy school environment, supporting student well-being, and addressing medical needs within the campus
Key Responsibilities- Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and employees
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor students with existing health conditions
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records
- Conduct routine health assessments (e.g., vital signs, screenings)
- Monitor and manage communicable diseases and ensure infection control measures are followed
- Assist in the implementation of school health programs and initiatives
- Educate students and staff on health, hygiene, and wellness practices
- Coordinate with parents, guardians, and healthcare providers regarding student health concerns
- Support emergency preparedness and response efforts, including drills and staff training
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- At least 1 year of related experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle medical situations with professionalism and care
