Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support and drive the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with solid project coordination or project management experience who are ready to take ownership of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver solutions that create real business impact.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

• Manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business, Technical, Operations, Procurement, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and project documentation
• Prepare project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and project updates
• Support project governance, issue tracking, and change management activities
• Facilitate regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Help manage project budgets, schedules, and resource coordination
• Identify project risks and assist in implementing mitigation plans
• Ensure project activities follow organizational standards, processes, and compliance requirements
• Support vendor coordination and assist in tracking external deliverables
• Assist in improving project management processes and team collaboration
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates on project progress

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or related roles
• Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery for business or technology initiatives
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Familiarity with project tracking, reporting, risk management, and documentation
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools
• Understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination
• Agile/Scrum or PMP-related training is an advantage but not required
