To work closely with the Front Desk Staff, Room Service Employees, and other hotels/resort personnel in providing guest assistance with luggage, transportation, and miscellaneous needs.
  • Escort guests to and from their rooms familiarize guests with the guest room amenities
  • Deliver arriving baggage and remove the departing baggage promptly
  • Help guests load and unload their cars when a Door Attendant is not available and escort guests to the hotel/resort registration area
  • Provide information on hotel/resort services and facilities to guests or visitors
  • Deliver mails, messages, packages, and special amenities to guest rooms
  • Operate elevator when personal service is needed by guest in the absence of the lift controller
  • When assigned to the night shift, assist the Front Desk Clerk in carrying out her activities
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Male
  • Preferably a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any Hospitality course
  • With or Without experience
  • Good communication skills and customer-service oriented
  • Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet
  • Able to carry or lift heavy weights
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
