JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst who is either a recent graduate or has one to two years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, review, and document current business processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma concepts and process improvement tools to support streamlining initiatives, reduce waste, and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with process owners, department representatives, and team members to gather requirements, validate process details, and align improvement recommendations.
  • Prepare process documentation, reports, trackers, presentations, and other business materials using Microsoft Office applications and approved company templates.
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives, including documentation updates, stakeholder coordination, testing support, and rollout assistance.
  • Monitor assigned process improvement activities and provide timely updates to the immediate supervisor and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining organized documentation repositories and ensure that process-related documents are accurate, updated, and properly controlled.
  • Stay informed on industry practices, business process improvement methods, and internal standards to continuously build capability and contribute to department objectives.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering.
  • Fresh graduate or with one to two years of relevant work experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, operations support, or a related function.
  • Knowledgeable in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to analyze information, organize data, and translate observations into clear documentation and practical recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
  • Willing to learn, adapt to new processes, and work in a collaborative team environment.
