Sales Support Associate (Davao)
The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Associate to join our team at Cebu Landmasters, Inc. This is a full-time position based in Davao City. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to our Sales team, ensuring efficient and effective operations to drive business growth
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer records, processing sales transactions, and preparing sales reports
- Ensure that our customers receive a formal letter from CLI of the reservation they made with the details thru sending our welcome e-letters.
- Ensure that our customers are able to sign the Contract to Sell of the unit purchased and to submit complete requirements required.
- Monitor payment status and ensure filing and uploading of balance - requirements submitted.
- Assess and endorse accounts qualified for incentive and commissions
- Ensure timely endorsement of completed folders to the Records Management Team abased on targets set per quarter.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Sales team
- Graduate of Business Administration major in Marketing, Sales, and Entrepreneurship
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
- Proficient in using computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the sales team
