JOB DESCRIPTION:
- DRIVE SALES REVENUE FOR THE ASSIGNED AREA/TERRITORY.
- 1. Achieve sales budget for the assigned product at the assigned area/territory.
- 2. Development of new business opportunity, open undeveloped market area/territory.
- 3. Demonstrate full product knowledge to highlight the competitive advantages versus competing products in the industry.
- 4. Calculate sales forecast on a monthly or annual basis, recognize historical sales, analyze financial and supply chain data as well as trends in the market
- 4.1. Consistently evaluate forecasting data to predict the likelihood of revenue from sales area/territory.
- 5. Increase sales volume of existing customers.
- 6. Develop opportunities that extend or grow the business through new/untapped accounts acquisition, cross-selling new products or services to existing accounts or to other businesses or subsidiaries of the existing account
- CARRY OUT THE END TO END PROCESS OF THE SALES CYCLE
- 1. Perform preparatory activities prior to a customer engagement
- 2. Execute the steps during trade coverage to manages and build agreements, present propositions and negotiate; performs relationship-led selling to derive business solutions.
- 3. Accomplish post sales activities such as remittance of collections, inventory management and order placement to fulfill the sales transaction.
- 4. Prepares and submits necessary sales report
- BUILD LONG-TERM PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS
- 1. Conduct regular visit on accounts and help resolve customer complaints
- 2. Answer to all sales-related queries and concerns from customers
- 3. Help solve customer problems about products and services
- 4. Inform customers about the latest products, services, and promotions
- 5. Provide insights and coaching to customers on how they can improve their sales
- BUSINESS CONTROLS AND ENABLERS
- 1. Regular use of Sales Force App (SFA) for proper and prompt operational expense recording, liquidation and reimbursement
- 2. Adhere to systematic and orderly protocols in cascading sales programs
- 3. Maintain all company-issued properties in good operating condition
