What is the job?

The Healthcare Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and optimizing healthcare technology delivery processes to ensure operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations, including patient scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring performance standards and KPIs are met.
  • Analyze and manage healthcare data to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT departments to support seamless operations.
  • Implement best practices in healthcare management and continuously identify areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Support onboarding, training, and development of new staff.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in healthcare operations/administration with US-based companies.
  • 1+ year of team management experience in healthcare settings.
  • Proficient in healthcare software (EMRs like Epic, Cerner, NextGen).
  • Skilled in documenting operational workflows and analyzing systems.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Accountable, adaptable, and committed to patient care and service excellence.
