SALES ASSISTANT

• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets and assigned sales quotas.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding products and services.
• Support the Sales Supervisor and sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Assist in monitoring sales activities, customer accounts, and sales performance.
• Prepare quotations and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in sales data analysis.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies, promotional activities, and operational tasks.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by Management from time to time.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, or channel management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, fieldwork, and business development activities.
