Senior Mechanic (Heavy Equipment Industry) - Palawan

Job Responsibility:
- Knowledgeable for basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated heavy equipment
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customers service logs and internal service records on timely manner.
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customers service delivery issues.
- Responsible for executing customer requirements for maintenance services.
- Completing periodic check-up, service history record and preventive maintenance. Accountable in keeping the customer up-to-date on the schedule of periodic maintenance.
- Improve the overall performance of the machine, know about the machine in details and recommend build and modifications according to the requirement of the company.
- Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times. Ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock.
- Manage other tasks that may assigned from time to time and your work performance will also be evaluated on a monthly basis.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 8 Years of working experience specialized in Maintenance and Repair (especially hydraulic excavator/backhoe)
- Required Skill(s): engineering, mechanical, technician (Hydraulic excavator/backhoe)
- Must have experience in inspection, troubleshooting, servicing and repair of hydraulic excavator.
- Must have driver’s license for 4 wheelers.
- Preferably lives in Palawan or nearby areas
- Must be willing to be dispatch to any of our branches (Quezon City, Legazpi, Iloilo, Isabela, Tacloban)
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM
