CMMS Maintenance Planner

Job description:

• Oversee the implementation and operation of the CMMS to ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records.
• Train staff on the use of the CMMS and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all airport systems and infrastructure.
• Create, prioritize, and assign work orders in the CMMS.
• Monitor the progress of work orders and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with the facilities management team to minimize disruptions and ensure timely completion.
• Lead the helpdesk team to provide efficient and effective support for maintenance-related inquiries and issues.
• Implement a ticketing system to manage and resolve helpdesk requests promptly.
• Monitor helpdesk performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, optimize schedules, and improve efficiency.
• Generate and submit regular reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and customer service.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Provide training and development opportunities for helpdesk and maintenance staff on CMMS and customer service best practices.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained.
• Address and resolve any maintenance-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and airport policies.
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in maintenance planning, facilities management, or a related field, preferably in an airport or transportation environment.
• Proven experience with CMMS and helpdesk operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• Advanced degree or certification in maintenance planning or customer service is a plus.
• SAP / Oracle EAM, CMMS
• Asset / Maintenance Management
• Willing to work on Shifting schedules, weekend and holidays to provide support to site
• On-Call during Emergencies
• Willing to be assigned in Lapu Lapu City
