Talent Management & Organizational Development Head

The Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s TM & OD strategy across the entire site. This role leads initiatives in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning/ High-Potential Development, and Organizational Development.

The position ensures a strong and sustainable talent pipeline, fosters a high-performance culture, and drives capability-building aligned with organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 A.  Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Develop and oversee the sitewide L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and implementation of competency-based learning programs.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership development and technical training.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory learning and drive continuous learning culture.
 B.  Employee Engagement
  • Lead the annual engagement strategy and implement programs to build motivation, connection, and organizational culture.
  • Analyze engagement survey data, identify gaps, and partner with leaders on action planning.
  • Oversee recognition programs, culture-building initiatives, and employee experience projects.
 C.  Talent Management
  • Lead the full TM lifecycle: talent reviews, performance calibration, assessment, and development planning.
  • Establish frameworks for career development, mobility programs, and capability mapping.
  • Implement tools and processes to assess potential, readiness, and leadership capabilities.
 D.  Succession Planning & High-Potential (HiPo) Development
  • Manage sitewide succession planning for critical roles and leadership pipeline.
  • Develop and implement HiPo identification processes and accelerated development pathways.
  • Partner with senior leaders to build long-term strategies for organizational continuity.
 E.  Organizational Development (OD)
  • Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, including structure reviews, change management, and culture transformation.
  • Facilitate OD diagnostics (e.g., culture assessments, competency mapping, workforce planning).
  • Lead change enablement for key business projects, including communication, capability-building, and adoption strategies.
 F.  Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with executive leaders to ensure TM & OD strategies support business targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of TM/OD and L&D professionals.
  • Manage external partners, consultants, and training vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related courses.
  • Certifications in Organizational Development, Human Resources or Learning and Development is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in Talent Management and Organizational Development leadership.
  • Strong background in Talent Management programs, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading sitewide initiatives and managing a team.
