About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. Also, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both conceptual and technical aspects of architecture, with a passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs.
Job Qualifications- A Bachelor degree in Architecture (Professional Licensed)
- Minimum of 15 years and above experience in Architectural Design, Design Management and Project Management
- Excellent Communication skills with ability to engaged with staff at all levels as well as with clients.
- Strong leadership skills and a team player
- Critical Thinking, Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
- Working experience in a reputable international architecture company
- Handled large scale of projects , good design sense and detailing skills
Job Function:
The primary function of the Senior Architect is to produce high quality project design deliverables. The person can work on any/all phases of development including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration.This person reports to the Design Manager and Design Director on tasks and ensures the facilitation of a project’s completion on-time, on/under-budget and meeting MDL’s quality standards.
