Sales Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Sales Quality Assurance Analyst to help drive sales performance, consistency, and operational excellence across our team.

This role goes beyond standard call reviews. You will play a critical role in ensuring our sales team delivers high-quality customer interactions, follows internal processes, and operates in line with company standards and best practices.

Working closely with Sales Leadership, you will identify performance gaps, improve execution, and support a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.

• Review and evaluate sales interactions across calls, emails, and messaging channels to ensure quality, effectiveness, accuracy, and compliance
• Score interactions using structured QA frameworks aligned with ServiceSeeking’s sales and customer experience standards
• Audit CRM compliance, including accurate tagging, task management, call dispositions, and deal management within HubSpot
• Monitor adherence to communication standards, phone etiquette, and recommended sales approaches
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and performance gaps across individual agents and the wider sales team
• Provide clear, actionable feedback and coaching recommendations to agents and managers
• Partner with Sales Managers to ensure feedback is implemented and performance improvements are achieved
• Track and report on QA metrics, quality scores, compliance rates, and key risk areas
• Support the ongoing development and refinement of QA scorecards, audit processes, and best practice frameworks

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Quality Assurance within a sales environment is required
• Proven experience in a Sales QA role within a sales environment

• Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, consultative selling, and closing techniques
• Experience auditing CRM usage and process compliance (HubSpot experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to provide structured feedback that supports coaching and performance improvement
• Experience designing and managing QA frameworks, scorecards, and audit processes
• Experience creating QA reports, audit summaries, and performance trend analysis
• Familiarity with Australian sales compliance, legal, and consumer protection standards
• Experience working closely with Sales Managers and Leadership teams to drive performance initiatives
• High attention to detail and ability to apply evaluation standards consistently
• Experience working with remote teams and reviewing recorded interactions
• Reliable work-from-home setup with high-speed internet and a backup internet connection
• Candidates must be currently based in Metro Manila or surrounding areas
