Job Summary
The Accounting Assistant (AP/AR) is responsible for supporting daily financial operations, particularly in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. This role ensures timely billing, accurate recording of transactions, and proper monitoring of company payables and receivables.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and issue invoices to customers
Monitor and track outstanding receivables
Follow up on overdue accounts and assist in collections
Record incoming payments (cash, check, bank transfers)
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
