Job Summary

The Store Manager / Management Trainee is responsible for learning and overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, supervising staff, and maintaining operational standards. The role is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on training in operations, people management, inventory control, and business performance.

Qualifications:

Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience
  • Experience in retail, food service, customer service, or store operations is an advantage.
  • Leadership experience in school organizations or previous work experience is a plus.
  • Experience in handling people and customer concerns is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and cash handling procedures.

  • Flexible and willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays if needed.
