Customer Service Representative – Canadian Financial Account

Role Overview

• Handle customer inquiries in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide the best solutions or recommendations.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Resolve concerns and complaints while following company policies and escalation procedures.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and processes.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with teammates and support cross-training and knowledge sharing.

• At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry.
• Experience handling a Financial account is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication skills with excellent command of English.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and use sound judgment when resolving customer concerns.
• Comfortable working with computers and fast keyboarding tasks.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to work onsite and undergo training.
• Flexible to work shifting schedules in a 24/7 environment.
• Amenable to work in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City.
