JOB SUMMARY:

The Loan Processor acts as customer service representative to ensure that existing accounts are properly evaluated, processed, documented, retained and renewed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answers inquiries on loan computation and completion of documents of members as well as those that intends to renew their existing loans.
• Validates and checks the completeness of the documents submitted by member borrowers as well as the authenticity of their signatures.
• Checks and evaluates the information indicated by the member borrowers on their loan documents, inputs data in the PSSLAI system and prints out required loan voucher.
• Encodes loan amortization to be billed in PNP online system.
• Filing and monitoring of loan documents
• Prepares daily reports on loan releases.
• Preparation of loan requirements for submission to PNP Finance.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong sense of accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has initiative and sense of urgency.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
