The Associate Operations Manager will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Co-manages account performance, focusing on time, attendance, and task completion
• Builds a culture of continuous performance improvement and team accountability
• Analyzes client processes and performance metrics to enhance service value and efficiency
• Supports staffing needs through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management
• Ensures compliance with policies, prepares action plans, and leads quality initiatives
• Contributes to strategic planning and stays updated on BPO operations best practices.

Qualifications:

• At least four (4) to five (5) years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Team-oriented with proven operational leadership skills
• Strong financial acumen; analytical and detail-oriented
• Experienced in managing department budgets and multiple clients
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple deliverables
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and data manipulation tools
• Amenable to work on-site in Pasig City
