Service Crew

Sweet Swirls is a new and growing dessert brand offering fun and customizable sweet treats such as cotton candy and ice cream. As we continue to expand, we are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team for our soon-to-open Branch.

The Service Crew is responsible for preparing and serving Sweet Swirls products while delivering excellent customer service. This role includes making cotton candy, preparing customized ice cream, handling cashier duties, promoting products through sales talk, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cotton candy and customized ice cream according to company standards
• Assist customers with orders and provide friendly, welcoming service
• Perform cashier duties and accurately handle cash or POS transactions
• Promote products and engage in sales talk to encourage customer purchases
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, equipment, and work area
• Ensure food safety and proper handling of ingredients and materials
• Restock supplies and ingredients when needed
• Work with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications:

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate
• Experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality
• Good communication and selling skills
• Honest, responsible, and hardworking
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
