Branch Operations Associate

The position is primarily responsible in facilitating client’s bank account opening and delivering over-the-counter services to the bank clients such as accepting deposits, servicing withdrawals and accepting payments.
Responsibilities:
- Handles daily bank transactions (deposits, withdrawals, encashment, loans) while verifying client information.
- Ensures compliance with standard procedures and proper use of banking systems and equipment.
- Balances cash drawer and manages assigned funds accurately.
- Performs custodian duties for vaults, keys, ATM, and branch supplies.
- Processes account openings, updates records, prepares reports, and promotes bank products/services while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course preferably business-related
- At least one (1) year of work-related experience in bank operations
- Knowledge of Bank Operations and of BSP rules and regulations
- Willing to work in Iloilo City
