Corporate Design Director

About the role

This is a full-time role based in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of designers.
• Developing and implementing design strategies that align with the company's brand and goals.
• Overseeing the design process for new products or campaigns, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Collaborating with other departments to incorporate design elements into their strategies.
• Reviewing and approving all design materials, from concepts to final products.
• Keeping updated on current design trends and technologies, and integrating them into the company's design strategy.
• Presenting designs to stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.
• Establishing and managing the design budget.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Develop design budgets and timelines and ensure projects stay within these limits.
• Present design strategies to stakeholders and executive management.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior design leadership role, preferably within the Restaurant, Retail and Industrial Design and Construction industries.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful, award-winning design strategies that have driven business impact.
• Exceptional creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles and trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-makers.
• Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a talented design team.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
