Mid-Senior QA Analyst Manual (On-site)
The Role
We are seeking a talented QA Analyst Manual to join our team at Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. in Makati/Ortigas. In this fulltime, on-site role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute manual test cases to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document software requirements and acceptance criteria
- Perform end-to-end testing to ensure seamless integration across different system components
- Analyse test results, report defects, and track their resolution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to enhance the overall quality of the codebase
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing activities and results
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manual software testing, preferably in a banking/financial industry
- Amenable to full RTO in Makati/Ortigas
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices
- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, TestRail)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is an advantage
