Position Overview: Level II Program Manager, Order Management to take ownership of high-priority orders, drive process improvements, and collaborate across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical abilities, excellent cross-functional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This is an in-office position in our Makati office. This shift for this position is 11:00 pm - 8:00 am PHT.
Base Pay Range
The base pay range of this position is ₱70,417 to ₱88,833 per month. Additional compensation through the Incentive Bonus Program is available for this position after successfully completing 6-months of employment.
Please note that the provided range reflects the pay spectrum for positions within the same job category as the one to which this position belongs. The final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience, to ensure a comprehensive and fair compensation assessment.

Expected Posting Timelines
This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, a maximum of 90 days.
The Day-to-Day
Mid-Level Operational Ownership- Oversee the processing of high-priority orders with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
- Manage escalations from Level 1 Program Managers, resolving moderately complex issues such as intricate billing or margin discrepancies.
- Act as the primary driver for high-visibility and high-impact order processes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular check-ins and provide updates on high-stakes orders to maintain visibility and accountability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental inquiries and issue resolution for specific projects or accounts.
- Represent the order management team in operational meetings with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify inefficiencies within order management processes and recommend improvements to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Assist in testing and piloting new tools and workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
- Support and mentor Level 1 Program Managers, providing guidance on best practices and process adherence.
- Conduct peer reviews for complex orders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process integrity.
- Analyze team performance metrics (e.g., order turnaround time, error rates) and provide actionable insights.
- Create and present detailed reports for internal use and cross-functional performance reviews.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in order management, program management, or a related operational role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools and dashboards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively across departments.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on process optimization.
