Real Estate Paralegal > Up to P40K base salary + Monthly Bonuses + 20 paid vacation days

Schedule: Mon-Fri 10PM-7AM (graveyard shift required to overlap with US operations)

AgentUp (agentup.com), a PhotoUp company, is a fast-growing real estate support services company helping U.S. agents close more deals with confidence. We're looking for a Philippine-based Real Estate Paralegal to join our transaction coordination team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process U.S. residential purchase and sale agreements
• Prepare and complete state and federal real estate disclosures
• Input critical contract details and deadlines into our transaction coordination software
• Monitor timelines to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Conduct state-specific legal research to support transaction compliance
• Audit documents for brokerage and state compliance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years working experience as a paralegal or real estate transaction coordinator
• Law-related degree preferred (e.g., Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science) or business administration or management degree or equivalent
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• High attention to detail and fast reading comprehension
• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace and AI chat assistants
• Prior experience in real estate law or U.S. transactions is a plus
