About the Role

We are looking for an Organizational Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate initiatives that strengthen our organization’s effectiveness, efficiency, and employee growth. This role plays a key part in driving positive change, enhancing employee performance and engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Unit Supervisor and team members to assess organizational needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate company-wide development programs, training initiatives, and change management strategies.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching activities to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Organize and support team-building activities to promote collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of development programs; gather feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management, career growth, and engagement strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational development and HR to bring innovative ideas forward.
  • Support policy and guideline development related to organizational growth and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OD initiatives with broader HR and business goals.
  • Act as a resource and point of contact for employees seeking development opportunities and support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and information security protocols.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong focus on organizational development, training, and change management.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive initiatives with measurable impact.
