We are hiring for awesome Spanish Bilingual Leaders for our Pioneer team.
What you'll be doing- Manage and motivate a team of Spanish bilingual customer service representatives
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the wider call centre team to identify and implement process enhancements
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements and key performance indicators
- Contribute to the development of training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Foster a positive team culture and encourage team-building activities
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English languages, both written and verbal
- Supervisory experience of at least 1 year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
