JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education : A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology Major in Automotive

Work Experience :

• At least one (1) year experience specializing in purchasing, inventory, material, and warehouse management

Required Skills :

• Knowledge in basic principles of Automotive
• Basic knowledge of mechanical designs and structures, Auto Parts and Auto Parts Cataloguing
• Basic knowledge in inventory control
• Computer literate
• Good with numbers
• Good in verbal and written communication

• Very detail oriented
• Strong Human Relations
• Can work under pressure and work well with less or without supervision
• Patient and Diligent

1. Oversees inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
2. Performs critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct numbers of items are in stock.
3. Maintains updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
4. Reviews documentation and monitors product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stocks and records.
5. Responds to sales inquiries and purchase orders, collects, and analyzes data to determine appropriate order quantities and process orders for delivery.
6. Tracks rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items in coordination with HMP on quality control decisions.
7. Prepares, generate, and file inventory reports and review reports monthly with the direct superior.
8. Maintain inventory reports and records according to standard documentation.
9. Oversees the releases and returns of parts to and from customers.
10. Responds to queries of parts and its availability.
11. Nurtures positive relationships with suppliers and provide customer service as needed.
