Technical salesman

Job Description

• Support the implementation and integration of IT solutions across enterprise environments
• Assist in collecting requirements from internal teams or clients to design and deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Assist in developing technical documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and operation manuals.
• Participate in site visits or remote support sessions to assist with product presentations and PoC’s.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT, datacenter and cybersecutiy.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and SMEs to develop IT system designs, Bills of Materials (BOM), and Statements of Work (SOW).

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Relevant professional license is an advantage but not required
• Training or certification in networking, systems administration, virtualization, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity is preferred
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity concepts
• Ability to assist in solution design, requirements gathering, technical documentation, and preparation of BOM and SOW
• Good analytical, problem-solving, planning, and attention-to-detail skills
• Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for working with clients, internal teams, and technical stakeholders
• Willingness to conduct site visits, remote support, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities
