About the Role
As a Remote Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into a variety of healthcare roles. You will work closely with onshore teams and hiring managers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality candidates.
This role can be either:
- 360 Recruitment (client + candidate management), or
- Delivery Focused (candidate sourcing and placement support)
depending on your experience.
Key Responsibilities- Source and attract candidates across job boards, databases, and networks
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain CRM systems
- Conduct reference checks and compliance checks
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Work closely with onshore teams to meet client requirements
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes (for 360 recruiters)
- Ensure all candidates meet compliance standards for Australian healthcare roles
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (highly desirable)
- Minimum 1-2 years of healthcare recruitment experience required
- Experience recruiting within Australia (strongly preferred)
- Exposure to NDIS, aged care, or allied health roles
- Some experience working with NDIS, aged care, or allied health sectors is expected
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, particularly around compliance
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience using CRM/ATS systems (e.g. Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere)
- Familiarity with Australian job boards (Seek, Indeed, etc.)
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
